We have some catching app to do!

Catching App finds a time that works for everyone, shown to each friend in their own time zone. You need an email address, not an account.

How it works

Offer the times you can do.

Pick a slot length of 15, 30 or 60 minutes and paint your free hours across up to a month, in your own zone.

Everyone gets their own link.

Your organizer link arrives by email. Open it, add your friends' addresses, and each of them receives a personal link. No sign-up on either side.

Friends paint back, on a phone.

They see your offer in their own time zone, paint what works, or say that none of it does.

Set one window in stone.

The grid shows where everyone overlaps. You pick one continuous window and every friend gets the time in their zone.

Three friends, three zones, one yellow hour.

The organizer painted Friday to Sunday evenings. Two friends painted back. The grid shows every overlap, and the row where all three meet is the one you confirm.

Illustration with made-up availability. Real grids run to 31 days and follow your slot length.

What is true here

  • An email address is enough. Organizers and guests use personal links; an account only remembers your events.
  • Nothing goes to your friends until you say so. Invitations leave after you open your organizer link and press Send.
  • Every time is shown in the viewer's own zone, named next to it, on the page and in every email.
  • Anyone can leave an event, and nobody is listed in a directory.
